It is ideally situated being just 2 minutes walk from the railway & bus station, shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour. The tranquil and open space of Pannett Park is across the road and Whitby Beach is under a 10 minute stroll away.The cottage contains a lounge, kitchen, main bedroom with double bed, bathroom (with shower) and attic bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge contains a smart TV, DVD player and smart speaker along with numerous DVD’s and a stocked bookshelf. Please note however that there is no garden or enclosed outdoor space, just an open outside area with a bistro table and chairs and a bench. The outside area is a public right of way. For the benefit of all our guests, dogs are not allowed upstairs in the cottage or on furniture. Whitby Pannett Park does not allow dogs.The twin attic bedroom has an open steep staircase so please be careful with toddlers or small children. There is also a step down into the bathroom. The washing machine is located in the cellar/basement under the cottage with its own entrance, again down steps.
