A secure space beyond the locked double gates is available for a small boat trailer or bicycles. Additional kerbside parking is available in front of the house.The front door opens into the hallway with access off to the snug and lounge areas. The snug is a place to spend quiet time, reading or listening to music in front of the wood burning stove. There is a spacious lounge where the whole family can sit watching TV or simply enjoy the relaxing flames from a large wood burning stove. From here you can access the well equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet and shower room. There is a large conservatory to the rear which overlooks the garden and also enjoys the comfort of under floor heating. An area to be used all year round, with double doors leading off to both the snug, lounge and garden areas.
