"Funny, first room light in the room curtain too small, change of room click clack broken in the living room, change of room again .... Phew saved, thanks to the receptionist who did not hesitate to change the room and to her kindness. "This was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city."

"No service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others. So when dealing with them, you must be very polite and have high standards of manners, otherwise you will be misunderstood. Haha, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. It's no big deal."

"The room is generally OK. But it is completely inconsistent with the picture at the time of booking, and there is no swimming pool mentioned in the introduction. I am too lazy to talk to Trip.com , most of them are fruitless. I stayed for one night in the middle of the trip and didn't want to affect my mood!"

"The room was soundproofed, although it was a house facing the street, and the outside sound was basically not heard after closing the window. Breakfast is OK, there is freshly squeezed orange juice. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but the hotel let us put the things we bought in the refrigerator in their kitchen, which was very intimate. The staff is kind and courteous.
There is no hot water in the room."

Really very clean but I did notice something on my bed though, I hope it’s a person’s blackhead and not some insect. Will come back again. The yoghurt selection on the breakfast menu is very extensive.

GGuest UserEl hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Si bien la habitación era chica teniendo en cuenta lo que pagué por la misma y que incluía desayuno terminó siendo una buena opción. El desayuno estuvo bien, siempre había variedad de quesos aunque un día no había huevos revueltos, otro día estaban fríos y un tercer día medio crudos. El servicio es medio.

△Perhaps it is privately run, but the phone never connects. When I thought I got through, they hung up saying they don't speak English. If you booked through Trip.com, it might be better to contact them through that.
△Because it is close to the airport, many people probably use flights that arrive late at night or depart early in the morning, but the last check-in time is early (note that this varies depending on the day of the week). My flight was delayed by about an hour, but they contacted me through Trip.com and I was able to check in safely.

Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.
