BBenten218The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town, approximately a 20-minute walk from the central market. The property features newly renovated interiors with a chic design. Check-in was smooth, even at 10pm.
The room, while not large, is adequately spacious for two people and equipped with all necessary amenities. Rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard, which can trap noises like an echo chamber. However, during my stay, guests generally returned to their rooms by midnight, so noise was minimal and did not disrupt my sleep.

Unfortunately checkin was an ordeal, had to reach out myself to get instructions and then they asked several times for a lot of information they already had, and on top of it at the end they sent me a link to fill in a form online with some of that info again. Never had such a bad experience checking in before (it’s usually 1 min and not 20 min). Also got a very noisy apartment, you could hear everything on the street including construction work.

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

GGuest UserVery easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay!

VVivian tripThe hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot.
Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions.
This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥
The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

We also liked design of the room. It’s spacious enough and tastefully designed- nothing superfluous.
The location is also very convenient for staying several days in the city - you can easily get to the main attractions as well to the beach (walking distance).
Something to improve:
- cleaning was not very good. Sand was on the floor and unavoidably on the bed.
- some devices needed to dry towels and personal items. Humidity is high and you have no place where to put your clothes and towels to dry

IIalvsarOur experience here was a 10!! María, the girl at the reception, is very good at her job as well as an excellent person. He explained everything in detail, not only to us but to everyone who was staying there. It is next to the beach. There is public transportation to get to the city center. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean with some welcome chocolates. The hotel is very clean and smells very good. The only thing we have missed is more options at breakfast.

SShuodiansha66This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia.
