Typecal hmongs' hotel, simple but very beautiful. The price is really nice but the amenities are good. The mattress is a little bit hard but I think I can accept it. My room has a balcony, I can see the city view, enjoy it.

It was an amazing experience to visit Sapa. I stayed there for 2 days. The owner is very friendly, he also helped me book a bus to Hanoi. And if you are still confused about what activities to do there, there are many tour packages that you can take offered by the hostel. So I recommend this place for short visits and also for solo travelers. Thank you..

The view is good, but the rooms are not particularly clean. There is a lot of humidity and a strange smell. The breakfast does not include any drinks, and you can choose between one serving of rice, noodles, or dumplings. I believe that you can find better alternatives for the same price in Sapa. The staff does not speak English.

This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience. Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations. Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.

The accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.

Newly built hotel. Very far from other places. 2 kilometers from the city center. To stay here you need a rental motorbike so it's easy to go anywhere. The room is very comfortable and beautiful. The air conditioning is satisfactory. The water pressure is also not fast. The toiletries are not complete. Needs to be improved. The service from the staff is very good and friendly.

Didn’t get to see the scenery due to the fog but it is not the hotel’s fault. However, the cold wind was seeping through the balcony doors making the entire room super cold even with the air conditioning heating mode on. The buffet breakfast was great, staff was helpful in terms of allowing early check in, and location wise it is just a short walk to Sun Plaza and nice restaurants in the area! Would def come back when the weather is a lot better!
