Meh. Not terrible but far from great. Checked in, walked to the end of the hallway on the second floor and the room keys didn’t work. Left my wife with the bags and went back to the lobby and no one around. Thankfully after a few minutes, another guest walked in and told us the front desk person was around the corner outside smoking. I had to walk out to find her and ask for help. Issue fixed. Door to the room seems to have been tampered with at some point (can see the marks) and is not level on its hinges and drags roughly on the floor and does not close on its own. You literally have to push it closed and really push hard to get it closed once it hits the door jamb because it’s not aligned. Beds were old and VERY uncomfortable. It sagged so much in the middle my wife moved to the other queen in the room. In the morning while getting dressed, found a bug (earwig?) in the small washcloth and watched a spider scurry across one of the pillows on the bed. Will not be back. And be warned, dining options in the area are VERY minimal, a good distance away, and poor quality. Really the only plus was the easy location right off the thruway.
