I read reviews about the area and wanted to cancel the reservation. I couldn't cancel, so I decided to spend the night at the hotel. Everything looks pretty decent, clean. Freshly renovated. I don't know why there are bad reviews about the area, I didn't go outside in the evening, and in daylight I didn't notice anything scary. It's just that mostly Africans, Arabs, and Indians live here.

Clean and well located hotel in the middle of the filming studios for French television. It is also not far from the museum of the city of sciences which I recommend. The staff is helpful and courteous. Very good for a short business trip
