I tried I recommend The best place for me , I feel like I am in my own home

Booked and confirmation of booking was sent. On day of check in, they promise you that they will send an email with details of how to enter. They Never did. I waited outside in the cold trying to get in the property for more than 30 minutes. Tried to ring the number on the email and guess what? NO ANSWER. Not the first to complain about this aweful owner scammer. For peace of mind STAY AWAY. Do NOT BE SCAMMED like me!

Not good. Parking is if there is any available. Garden is overgrown with brambles at head height along the path making access difficult. Key pad on door is only visible at night as surface cover is so scratched. Took me ages to get in. Noisy road. Generally clean although signs of mould in shower. Pillows were so uncomfortable, felt like they were full of rocks. Everywhere needs a good coat of paint. Never saw any staff. Basic.

I had a booking of 2 days from 11-13 june and paid all the amount in advance by credit card. There was a very strange policy that we cannot check in after 10:00 pm. I landed at 8:30 and the immigration line was too long so I was able to reach there by 10:20 but no body was there and they didn’t sent me the code. However, my friend helped me a lot by letting me live at his house for the same night. On the next day, I had a booking too but Heathrow ensuite rooms cancelled the booking of the next day too. This is not at all fair. Before coming, they took e-signature on a long big form where the policies were mentioned as they were the policies of a house rent agreement. They shouldn’t have cancelled the next day booking. This is not right. When I called them as well as booking.com(from where I booked the room) both said that it was written in the policies and we are not able to help you. They are looting us. That night was a nightmare for me. Also , I would like to thank trip advisor for sharing my view.

I booked a room for my 24year old daughter the night before her flight out of Heathrow. She arrived at 21:45 to find no entry code had been sent and no one on site to help. Eventually after ringing around found out that they refused her access because she was under 25!! Even though she had previously signed their contact and sent her ID to them weeks in advance. They knew before she arrived they weren’t giving her a room but left her stranded and took her money. Disgusted is an under statement It took me over 40 minutes to ring around and locate another hotel for her which was 30 mins away. This place is a con and should not be advertised by ***********

hard to recommend because we didn't stay. They told us to cancel the booking because under25s are not permitted. A strange and age-ist policy. They also barrage you with several emails a week asking you to sign their terms/conditions and upload your passport to their system..it really makes things needlessly diffiucult - when one books an airport hotel, they are seeking convenience I strongly advice them to change their approach.
