The Dixie Orange County

Horrible experience. Unwilling to take debit card, demanding cash. Cash stays require deposit which was supposed to be refunded. Room had structural damage, broken bathroom door only 1 light worked, beds very unstable moved inches Everytime you got in or out. 2 pillows on each bed the size of throw pillows. No blankets on the bed. TV remote didn't work and TV had no buttons except power. Shower handle was damaged and temperature kept fluctuating. When called management for additional pillows and a blanket, after a half hour received a towel and thin twin blanket. Multiple cockroach sightings during the night. When husband arrived after driving cross country the manager came out yelling about no visitors then refused to refund deposit.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for myself and a friend couple. The rooms were so dirty, stains in the walls, bed sheets and pillows. The floor in the bath room was severely warped and felt you may fall through it. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The smoke detector was disconnected. Hole in the wall like someone punched it. I left after 30 minutes of trying to get my money from booking the rooms.

BEDS-The beds were soft, sheets were quite clean & pillows comfortable. AMENITIES-The room had a microwave and a refrigerator which worked well. There was an ice machine downstairs. Nice sized TV with lots of channels. Several kitchen chairs in the room (no table though). The soda pop machine was available and reasonably priced. NEGATIVES-- There was no place to hang clothes. The shampoo did not lather. The lamp had no bulb, but the cleaning staff got me one. However, the outlet was loose that it was supposed to plug into, so it wouldn’t plug in. The lobby was blocked off and all interactions were done at the night window. They should clean the exhaust fan in the bathroom and check behind things like the microwave and the night table as I found trash hiding. Southern CA had some major rain while I was there and the room ceiling over the air conditioner leaked. I put the waste basket to catch it, but since I was leaving the next day, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I did ask them to empty the waste basket though, which they did. All in all, the room was adequate for my purposes and was a good value for my money.

This place is just ass, there were hairs on the bed, they didn't even change the sheets or anything or clean the rooms and there was a wait to check in, and the vending machines robbed me of 3 dollars.🙎🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️
