We stayed in Camellia Cottage which we found on an internet search. We loved the cottage. It was so welcoming from the moment we arrived with personal touches. The fire place was amazing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay of 2 nights. The kitchenette was well equipped and we appreciated the coffee tea etc. The bedding was so comfortable, restful and luxurious. It was so quiet on a beautiful properly but so close to town. We would definitely come back and stay a little longer.

We just love this place, which is why we had our 5th stay there over the weekend! Slowly making our way through all the cottages 😂. Never disappoints. Rachel and David great hosts as always. Recent renovations are fabulous. Close to town but you feel like you’re a million miles away from everything. Love,love,love it!

There is so much about our weekend at Diamondvale which defied even the highest of expectations. Our cottage was beautiful. It was clean, luxurious and had every amenity. The little touches and the quality of finish was really special. The firepit was a beautiful touch for our first night, and the Pioneer Hut was the perfect destination for an open fireplace and easy dinner on our second night. Rachael and David were so kind, and generous with their time and assistance. We have already scheduled our return next year, and hope to make this trip every year moving forward. Thank you Rachael and David, you have created something really special.

From the first email, everything was five star. I had great communication and directions for my long weekend away to rest and recover, as well as terrific suggestions for what to see and do, and where to eat locally. I loved my stay in the historic and well-appointed forget me not cabin. It truly has everything you need, from aircon, big screen TV, Nespresso coffee maker and pods, to hotplates and all the kitchen needs for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner - it is seriously equipped! There are so many idyllic, scenic spots to sit at the cabin and across the homestead, I felt relaxed immediately. I could have swum in the creek or lounged in the outdoor bath by the firepit, but I created my own day spa experience instead in the cottage, using the fab, locally created bath melts by the superstar team of Washpool, also recommended by Diamondvale owner Rachael. The history, natural beauty, amenity and warm welcome of Diamondvale was just what I needed, a restful break. You can take a walk, or sit on your own deck, and just enjoy the birdsong and wildlife. There are lots of fire pits, seating, and a great gathering space for an event. I'd love to come back for a family and friends event here. The owners even offer a bespoke tour and vintage car if you want to do it in style. Their tips and recommendations of local vineyards, businesses and self-drive tours are fantastic. I made the most of the starry sky and easy walks and would love to come back again. Thank you!

Diamondvale Estate is absolutely gorgeous! The cottages are cozy yet spacious, offering a sense of privacy for families. Our cottage ‘Coolibah’ was thoughtfully equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including fully stocked kitchens, plush bedding, and a cozy fireplace for chilly Stanthorpe nights. The barn-like communal hut is a standout feature. This space, overlooking the creek, is perfect for shared meals, games, or simply relaxing together after a day of exploring. Its rustic design paired with practical amenities ensures it’s both functional and full of character. Diamondvale Estate has clearly been designed with families in mind. The estate leaves no detail overlooked. Thoughtful touches such as games, books, and outdoor fire pits create opportunities for family bonding, while the peaceful surroundings allow you to unwind.

The whole experience here was excellent. So much on offer from a very comfortable and private cottage with every necessity, to sprawling grounds, character shed containing bbq, fridge, dining and lounge areas overlooking Quart Pot Creek, kangaroos, wallabies and acres of natural bush surrounds. Hosts were very friendly and helpful ensuring our stay was one to remember. Location was a plus too as the township is only 2 klms away and in close proximity to many great attractions in the surrounding areas. We had such a relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our two night stay. Our cabin was very well maintained as were the other facilities on site. There are some great communal areas to access which would be great if travelling with a group of friends. Friendly hosts. Comfortable beds.
