The overall hotel facilities and rooms are in good condition, clean and tidy. The toiletries provided by the hotel are from the Rituals brand, which feels quite high-end. The hotel provides breakfast from 4 a.m., making it easy for travelers to set out with a full meal. But you need to take a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which costs 4 pounds one way. I really don’t understand why you have to pay for taking a shuttle bus to a hotel in the UK.

The room has everything I appreciate when staying in a hotel: a mini fridge, a safe, and air conditioning. Plus, the facility has a gym and the employee at reception kindly allowed me to go to my room even though it was 90 minutes before check-in time.
