We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a late flight. Staff were helpful and room was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection also.

Room was overly heated AC would only go down to 18° we had breakfast included however when asked for vegetarian sausages for breakfast they came burnt

I arrived late at night, but I was greeted politely and check-in was smooth.
Because of the time of day, the restaurant was closed so I ordered room service, which was delicious.
The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax after my travels.
If I had to say one thing, I would like them to include instructions on how to get on the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.
It cost a little over 4,000 yen to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. I struggled to locate the shuttle bus stop at first, but the staff was kind to direct me over the phone. Shuttle bus runs every 30 mins and costs £4 one-way. Spacious room with great amenities.

It was convenient for our night before an early flight of the next morning. The comfort of mattress could be improved. Overall was reasonably clean and it was a quiet room considering it was 10 minutes away from Stansted airport.
