Luxury All Inclusive Resort Schwarzbrunn 4 Sterne Superior

We had a wonderful week at Schwarzbrunn. We're a family of four with beginner skiers. The slope behind the hotel was absolutely perfect for learning to ski. The food was excellent, and the drinks were top quality. Equally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the spa / pool, the cinema, and the game room. Highly recommended.

I have to stay that I only booked this hotel because it was about halfway from Munich to where I was headed in South Tyrol, close to the highway, and basically just because it was convenient. But it turned out to be a great choice. I was traveling solo and normally get the worst room in hotels. But the room I had was huge. It was a bit dated, but it was still nice. The pool/spa area was not necessarily extensive, but very nice. I think what I was most impressed with though was the food -- the half-board gourmet dinners were amazing. I have stayed at many of these wellness hotels and they all seem to excel at least at one thing -- wellness area, rooms, or food -- rarely have I found one that excels in all those things - but this one was the food for sure. There are some nice walks in the area and several tourist sites (Swarovski etc.). If you're looking for a couple of days relaxation and are a foodie, this would be a good place.

This is a seriously nice resort with high quality from start to finish. Nice staff, good food and very nice rooms. Placed in the village of Stans, and very close to all sorts of cultural and natural attractions. Quality time at it's best in a quality place

We stayed 2 nights there to start our Austria trip and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We flew into Innsbruck airport, which is about 20 min drive from the hotel. We pre-arranged a pick-up with the hotel ahead and they picked us up in their hotel-branded SUV for a quick transfer. The driver was very friendly and gave us a lot of advice on what we could do during our stay there. Once we got to the hotel, they upgraded us to a suite in a traditional style with a private balcony facing the town of Stan. It was a very lovely room and quite big (3 rooms, 1x large bedroom, 1x twin bedroom, and then a sitting room with a dining table and a sofa). The bathroom was huge with a full-size jacuzzi tub (with star lights above) and a massage shower room. All the room was very clean. The room faced east and you get a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Just make sure you close the curtain tight if you don't to wake up too early in the morning during the summertime! To get to the room, you needed to take a small elevator and then a short staircase (all glass). Just be aware that if you have big suitcases. In terms of the pools and spa, those were great too. A lot of places to relax and most of the time we are in the pool, it was pretty empty (indoors or even outside mountain one). Maybe it was because we were there a little before the school holiday? Everything was very clean and organized. There is a health bar as well which had free refreshments and healthy snacks. We could go to the afternoon snack time (cakes, various desserts, coffee/tea/drinks, fruits) from the spa in our robes which made it very confident. Also, you can sit anywhere in the restaurant, even outside on the big balcony facing the mountains. Food and drink wise, it was all-inclusive, and very good quality. The breakfast buffet was well organized and the staff seemed to replenish everything very quickly. They had both fresh squeezed OJ and full-size juicers, which I loved to use in the morning. They had a range of hot and cold options as well. You just had to remember to sit in the same location as your dinner table as the hotel preassigned it. However, if you ask the server nicely, they allow you to sit at another table as long as the assigned guests to that table have finished or the table hasn't been assigned before. We used to go around 830am and it never felt too busy. Dinner-wise, it felt busier but service was very fast and friendly. It starts with a buffet option of various apps and soup (all you can eat), then you pick one of 3 main courses and they deliver to your table. The main dish portion is not big but it is actually ideal as you will get quite full with all the different courses. The quality seemed very nice and looked to be locally sourced. A great hotel with even greater service, delicious food and an excellent spa, you just have to be there and enjoy. Very nice atmosphere, lots of activity, great location, spa with 2 pools overlooking the mountains, great massages and beauty treatments really worth recommending.

I stayed only one night for a business trip and wasn't able to enjoy the SPA. The rooms are in a traditional style and very clean; the bed was really very comfortable. Nice view on the mountains from the balcony. Staff was very professional and very friendly. Large choice for breakfast!
