You were all fantastic — full of energy, kindness, and creativity. You truly made our vacation extra special with your fun activities and warm personalities. The animation/ entertainment team was really nice. They made sure everyone understood what the entertainment was about. They were dancing and having fun with the kids. But also talking with the adults The food at the hotel is also amazing and the hotel is overall really nice

Our family had an amazing time atPorto Platanias Besch resort and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible animation and show program. Every day was filled with fun, laughter, and great energy from the animation team. We especially enjoyed the interactive games like “Guess What It Is” and the Music Quiz—both were so much fun for the whole family and brought everyone together in a lively, friendly atmosphere. Our kids loved the evening Disco, where they could dance and make new friends, while we appreciated the chance to relax and enjoy the positive vibe. A very special shout-out goes to Hristiyana, one of the animators who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was always smiling, enthusiastic, and came to us on every guest talking. Her ability to connect with guests of all ages, especially families, really stood out. She made us feel welcome and included from day one. Overall, the animation program added so much value to our holiday. We’ll definitely be back—and we hope to see Hristiyana and the amazing team again!

The animation team was very nice and Martin was a great entertainer. We loved our trip even though the weather was bad. The food was good and staff was really friendly and nice. Cleaning was great as well, and so was the multible pools:) I went with a couple of friends and we had a good time.

By 6am each morning every sunbed by the 5 pools were reserved by people putting towels and books on them. We spoke on 5 occasions to the management however they would not address this issue. In the end the duty manager told us to remove them ourselves. I would really pass this hotel by.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent.
