Premier Inn Staines Upon Thames

Service is very good and the staffs are very friendly.

The hotel was fine. Big warning regarding theself check-in system. I tried my business card twice and got error both times, unable to complete my check in. I tried my personal card once and it worked fine. Back home I realised the hotel has charged me three times for my one night stay in a single room. Have tried contacting the hotel but no answer. If any hotell staff read this, please read your emails too and answer me.

We have used this hotel a few times now, and unfortunately this visit was our worst experience. However, it was still bang average which is more than a solid recommendation for a cheap sleep in our books! The issue was the room - it was on the first floor and aside from being cold, smelt musty. It was also cramped and had a poor view of anything, feeling more like a cell than their usual acceptable level of comfort. The breakfast isn’t great either, being situated in a small space, with limited seating and loud acoustics. The whole thing feels like a mad, noisy rush to grab a small plate full of a limited cold selection. Again, the time of year probably played a part in the level of comfort we experienced. It’s not a bad hotel for the money, but we’ve had better stays in the summer.

We stayed here over the summer with my group an we really enjoyed the hotel. It feels like a newer property and the AC works well as it was quite warm the days we were there. The location is great for walking to a ton of restaurants and shops. Used it as a base for visiting Thorpe Park, Chessington, and Legoland.

The visual aesthetics of the room 423 was good, warm and clean. The bathroom and toilet was clean. Cons: I suspect there were some dust mites on the bedding. As I notices my Girlfriend's left arm and right leg had reactions the following morning.
