Hotel a little out of the way and far from the sea. Very large complex. The c was very pleasant because there were few people. The staff is very available and pleasant. The buffets have a large offer for breakfast and dinner but it's mostly international cuisine and it's not very good. Really the negative point are the beds which are very hard and uncomfortable. Really not a 5 star. A very good 3 star that's all.

I don't normally write reviews but feel I really need to this time.after reading so many glowing reports. After a weeks stay at this Hotel I can honestly say it is most definitely Not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant staff were fantastic and always smiling. But unfortunately the pool barman was positively rude ,and shrugged his shoulders at me on more then one occasion. Probably because I kept him from his friends at the end of the bar and his smoking. Having to have a g&t and cocktail in a plastic pint didn't add to a good holiday mood something I've never had on Any of my holidays. The food was awful, Luke warm and hardly any choice. Definitely not 5 star . Could only use the pool bar for all inclusive drinks. I expected so much more and have complained to jet2 and will await an answer.

This is the most saddest disappointing holiday I have ever had Was on all inclusive and the manager changed the the rules in the bars each day The hotel was not fully open and functioning bins were not emptied around pool until next day so stray dogs entered pool area Bar staff were appallingly and rude Because I was all inclusive felt like a second class person some bar staff were ok only one bar open to all inclusive and that changed by the day could go on forever Don’t book this hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel. We paid for all inclusive & didn’t receive all inclusive. Food is terrible & so are drinks . No snacks for children or adults in day!! Every bar but one was shut ! No day time or evening entertainment! Rooms are basic but clean! Hardly any staff to be seen! Some staff are friendly others can’t even crack a smile ! Mini market was mainly shut and over priced. The beach is nice but again you have to pay at the beach for drinks even if all inclusive & the beach bar is apart of the hotel! The hotel seems unkept as in maintenance light from pool sitting in side for children to access. This is just one small example. No kids club open or mini discos. Air conditioning doesn’t work! We paid £8,000 for 10 days here and feels like we have been robbed from our money I highly recommend if you have the hotel booked to change immediately! The bar tenders don’t even no how to make the cocktails that are on the menu ! Again food is so poor & repetitive. We travel to Greece a lot & also use jet 2 every-time this is the 1st issue we have ever had and the list goes on and on I could wright a whole essay!! But please avoid I don’t want anyone to be as sad and disappointed as we are!

It was our first time at Alexandros Palace. The food was very good, the rooms were amazing. Pool was clean and the kids had an amazing time in the kid area of the pool. The rooms and property was clean and accommodations were very good. The staff was very friendly. I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and it was everything we needed. Air conditioning was cold and worked well. All areas of the hotel were very.noce and well maintained. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars 🌟

Our family stay at Alexandros Palace Hotel was truly wonderful. The peaceful location near the sea and stunning views of Mount Athos were unforgettable. The staff was warm and attentive, offering great upselling services like the amazing breakfast and the restaurant. I would advise excursions as the location is beautiful. A perfect mix of relaxation and family-friendly experiences!

Vom Moment meiner Ankunft bis zu meiner Abreise wurde ich mit exzellentem Service und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft verwöhnt. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach traumhaft. Umgeben von der atemberaubenden Natur und den wunderschönen Stränden von Chalkidiki, bietet es die perfekte Kulisse für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Hotelangestellten Thomas Aslanidis. Er war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat meinen Aufenthalt durch seine Empfehlungen zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten noch angenehmer gemacht. Es ist selten, einen so engagierten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter zu treffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine Vielzahl an köstlichen Speisen, die den perfekten Start in den Tag ermöglichten. Auch die Einrichtungen des Hotels, einschließlich des Pools und des Wellnessbereichs, waren hervorragend und luden zum Entspannen ein. Umgeben von grünen Wäldern und mit Blick auf das glitzernde Wasser, fühlte ich mich sofort entspannt. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös und komfortabel eingerichtet, und ich habe jede Minute genossen, die ich dort verbracht habe. Es fehlte mir an nichts – von der bequemen Bettwäsche bis hin zu den modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Service war erstklassig. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die kulinarischen Angebote waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich habe die griechische Küche in vollen Zügen genossen, und die Auswahl war vielfältig und schmackhaft. Die Pools und Wellnessbereiche sind ein weiteres Highlight. Es gibt nichts Besseres, als nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen in der Natur in den Pool zu springen oder sich bei einer Massage verwöhnen zu lassen.
