My husband and I traveled down to the Houston area to celebrate one of our daughters birthdays. She lives in Houston but we chose not to stay in Houston and pay $$ for parking. We decided to look a little outside of town and found this GEM! We felt completely welcome from the moment we drove onto the property! The hotel is brand new and the parking lot was lit up like Fort Knox! Immediately upon entering the hotel we were welcomed by the front desk clerk and the hotel smelled divine and was sparkling clean! Our room was very large and comfortable and quiet! The bathroom was supplied with Dove pump hand wash and lotion at the sink and Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and the towels were fluffy! Every employee we encountered made us feel appreciated and welcome and we even met the owner at breakfast who was super kind and friendly. Speaking of breakfast, the breakfast attendant went over and beyond to make sure we were accommodated with whatever we needed for breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel and we plan to stay here the next time we travel down to see our daughter!

This is a shout out to Andrea at the front desk. We are currently staying at the hotel and have stayed there this past September. We were very happy with our room, the free breakfast, happy hour and free laundry services. This time we were not happy with our room and I spoke to Andrea who gave us another room right away and even upgraded us. We so appreciate it and will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area visiting family.

I have stayed here at the Sleep Inn Suites in Stafford Texas room 129 since February 2020 and the staff was excellent. One front desk staff stood out more than any other. Her name is Judy T. she was always helping and went above and beyond her duties to make sure my family was well taken care of. I really appreciate her professionalism and kind attitude during a stressful Covid 19 times.

My stay was excellent. Of course there were some bumps along the road like my TV streaming services didn't work the first night but the staff showed empathy, great customer service and a willingness to remedy the situation. I especially want to shout out Maria who was in charge of the cleaning staff who was very pleasant, Camilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and the lady who makes the coffee in the morning (I didn't catch her name). When you have staff that know how to respond and make someone feel better when any issue arises you know you have assets. Especially Camilla who thoughtful enough to inform me of valuable information prior to changing my room like the difference between the noise levels from the rooms facing the highway and not. It helped me keep the kids sleep through the night. These people are total assets. The room sizes were perfect. I had the executive suite. The rooms also were clean and the beds must've been comfortable because I had no trouble sleeping. The Wi-Fi is shaky and goes down sometimes but I can't stress it enough. The staff are so pleasant it wasn't a big sticking point for me.

Excellent rooms and service. We chose this hotel because it has electric vehicle chargers, had free breakfast, is about 20 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from great restaurants. Check in- We stayed for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and friendly. Clean spacious room - It was our first time in a home2 suites. We were impressed by the kitchenette area that included a large sink, big fridge+freezer, ceramic dishes and mugs, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There was also a sticker that said a hot plate could be provided if requested. The water pressure in the shower was good. The living room area had a sofa, ottoman, and large desk. It would make a great workspace. Quiet- We had an excellent nights sleep. The area was quiet. There was a dog next door that we could hear when walking in the hallway. However we never heard the barking or any other guests while we were in our own room. So no thin walls there. TL;DR- excellent and plan on staying again
