Travelodge Stafford Central

The reception should always have someone available, the breakfast box is a snack box and you can get a better breakfast from the Asda which isn't too far. There is no fridge, there is no ironing board, the tv is almost the same size of my sons tablet. Room temperature control is coded and there is no telephone in the room. I thought the bed was poor (too soft and bouncy), the room had a bad smell which my son kept complaining about. The bath tub was dirty on the bottom.

Stayed at the Travelodge for 3 weeks, split across 2 months. Every day I was greeted by Ruby. I would like to commend her excellent customer service, she was very friendly and solved all issues I had. She deserves recognition from Travelodge. (and a new fan that isn't crushed)

I have stayed here a few times and the team here never fail to make my weekend a great one, always helpful and friendly. A short walk to town and some shops are even closer. Now there is a Burger king aswell as the KFC and taco bell! Close to Stafford park too which I enjoy strolling through on a sunny afternoon. Hotel is always clean and the price is amazing

I couldn't fault the location or staff. Lots of choice for food too The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of space
