The house has been built again and again in recent decades, which is perfectly with expertise and feeling, even if in detail still air up. The beds are very good, the location and the private beach are just perfect. Many guests have been coming regularly for a long time, you feel and realize that. Service very good and friendly, breakfast is something special: you get almost the ”basics” on one floor, everything else you order at the server. Delights such as beef tartar or variations around the egg are served, waffles and similar, everything small and fine, you can reorder at any time. A little more variety with the baker would have been nice. dinner on the terrace is a class for yourself (mostly because of the view of the sea), And this class can be paid too expensive. Although quality is very good, the wine card is a dream, but € 78 for a 4-Gang menu is already very daring. A € 10 class wine at € 42 is already really fresh. Prefer less choice for moderate prices. You don't have to ask for the more than 4-fachen Ab-Hof price, doesn't throw a good light on the restaurant manager. The management should look to France on the issue of quality and price. Despite our coming back, the house has its own very pleasant atmosphere.

The scenery service is good and there is nothing to say about the hotel. The balcony of the room has a view of the lake, and it is not too pleasant to have an afternoon tea. The view of the restaurant is even better, you can see the entire lake area. The only shortcoming is that it is relatively remote. It takes dozens of Euros to take a taxi from the train station. If you take a bus, you have to take a short walk to get to the mountain.

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

I wish we could have stayed longer! I will absolutely be back. This darling mountain getaway is like nowhere I've ever been. From the moment I walked in I felt full of peaceful energy. Incredible detail has been put into the service and ambiance of luxury. The tranquil hideaway vibe is definitely on-point! We were on a cycling trip and arrived on bicycles. This hotel was the perfect treat to have a quick unwind during our adventure. We stayed in the mountain view rooms... WOW. I'll include pics of our panoramic mountain views! When I come back I'll stay longer to read books amongst the calm, find inspiration for writing, meditate, breathe in the luxury, hike the trails. So many attributes make this a luxury boutique hideaway. I need some self care and want to feel that peaceful energy again. The food was outstanding. They are vegan-friendly... We are not vegan and the staff prepared the most delicious beef goulash. Breakfast was above and beyond what we imagined... They cooked eggs for us made-to-order, brought us plates of fresh vegetables, sliced fruit, croissants, breads, gourmet butter, cappuccinos... I could go on and on. An sich ein ganz schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. An der Rezeptions dauert der Check-In usw. irgendwie ganz schön lange. Beim Skilift ist man schnell, nur einen Busstop weg. Leider doch eher Massenabfertigung beim Buffet. Abendessen war ”naja”. Suppe und Salat lecker, dei Hauptspeise eher Kantinenessen - das hat leider Buffet so an sich. Das Frühstück ist schön reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Wellnessbereich eher klein geraten. 2 Saunen, das ist ok, aber leider recht wenig Liegen und auch nicht abgetrennt von den Duschen. Also so richtig entspannen kann man eher auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten nachts einen fehlerhaften Feueralarm und standen nacht um halb 2 im Schlafanzug bei frostigen Temperaturen draußen. Leider gab es auch auf Nachfrage kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels. Wenigstens die 20€ Getränke hätten sie uns kulanterweise erlassen können. Klar, wahrscheinlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber wir auch nicht und das hat uns schon geärgert. Wir kommen nicht wieder. ------ In itself a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff. For the size of the hotel, the wellness area is on the small side. 2 saunas, that's ok, but unfortunately very few loungers and not separated from the showers. Unfortunately, it was more of a mass processing at the buffet. Dinner was ok. Soup and salad were delicious, the main course was more like canteen food - unfortunately that's what the buffet is all about. The breakfast is rich and varied. We had a faulty fire alarm at night and stood outside at half past one in our pyjamas in freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, there was no accommodation from the hotel when asked. At least they could have waived the €20 drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Sure, it's probably not the hotel's fault, but neither can we and that annoyed us. We won't be back.
