The Pearl - Luxury Guest House

I booked a room for June 2019, chose the more expensive fully refundable option,. Pearl took the full amount, 387 euro from my card on booking, despite their web site stating that a percentage would be charged. My booking was fully refundable under their own cancellation policy, ie, cancel within 14 days and money back, I cancelled one month prior , due to covid, . A refund was refused, and after many phone calls, i eventually recieved a refundable voucher, expiry date, Dec 2021. I was unable to use the voucher, i have been trying to claim a refund for the past 4 weeks, . I have received no response to emails, messenger, , or the phone number stated on web site. I find this little better than common theft,
