Gleich zu Beginn, es ist ganz wichtig die Unterkunft nicht anhand der alten Fotos oder Bewertungen vor 2022 zu beurteilen. Die Anlage ist komplett renoviert und in einem sehr sehr schönen Zustand. In der Anlage gibt es eine gute Mischung aus klarem Poolbereich und grünem tropischen Gartenteil auf der anderen Seite. Zimmer sind klasse, das Frühstück ist frisch und mehr als reichhaltig. Meine Frau und ich haben hier 5 Tage verbracht und konnten die gesamte Unterkunft allein nutzen, da keine weiteren Gäste in der Zeit gebucht hatten. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren jedes Jahr in Südafrika im Urlaub und haben hier einen absoluten Wohlfühlort für uns gefunden. Bradley und Don sind tolle Gastgeber, sie haben Vorschläge, kümmern sich um die Ausflüge und erlauben es den Gästen einfach Urlaub zu machen und der Gast kann dabei beruhig alles in erfahrene Hände legen. Wir haben nur ganz selten so eine tolle Betreuung erfahren wie an diesem Ort und das bei dem generell sehr hohen Servicelevel in Südafrika. Wer also gern einmal ein anderes Südafrika, als die Region um Kapstadt und den Winelands, erleben möchte, wer gern die volle grüne Natur, Tiere, Meer und all das einen Ort, an dem man Nachts zu Fuß auf dem Nachhausweg, nur auf Nilpferde achten muss, kennenlernen möchte, der sollte nach St. Lucia reisen und der sollte unbedingt ins Rhino Coast Guesthouse. Ich kann diesen Ort bedenkenlos empfehlen und wir sagen noch einmal Baie dankie an Bradley und Don. Wir kommen wieder!

Far away from home feeling very welcome in a nicely located and attractive guesthouse is a pleasant experience. Bradley is a dedicated host who really gives you the idea that he is happy to serve you and to provide you with gidelines for nice trips. That is a talent that cannot be underestimated! The breakfast was excellent, the serving staff friendly, the room clean and nice, as was the swimming pool. Highly recommanded place to stay for at least a few nights!

Superbe hôtel de petite taille, très belle chambre au calme, petit déjeuner excellent, personnel au top, aux petits soins pour les clients avec des attentions pour eux ( réservation du dîner du nouvel an, prêt de parasol et glacière pour aller à Cape Vidal…) Nous n’avons rien à redire et recommandons fortement.

Our host was extremely friendly and flexible, he have us outstanding ideas, what to see an where to eat. he provided for us the necessary tools for snorkeling at Cape Vidal - and even booked an amazing tour to the rhinos. Excellent breakfast and a great variety of drinks and wines.

De kamers zijn ruim, nieuw en superschoon. De locatie is prachtig. Fantastische gastheer die ons de juiste restaurants en tips over de omgeving gaf. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, met veel vers fruit en heerlijke eitjes. Kortom: aanrader!

Wat een zalig verblijf hebben wij hier gehad! De guesthouse werd volledig vernieuwd en is modern en smaakvol ingericht met kwaliteitsvolle materialen. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en genoten van de faciliteiten en het zalig en uitgebreid ontbijt. Het zijn enorm attente en betrokken uitbaters, die ons met raad en daad hebben bijgestaan, zowel op vlak van uitstappen als op vlak van eten. We hebben van iedere minuut genoten en kunnen het alleen maar aanraden. Dit is zo één van die zeldzame plaatsen waar foto's totaal niet kunnen weergeven hoe goed het er wel is!

The reception was great! The hosts were super friendly and polite. We were really well taken care of. The food was also very good. A BBQ was even arranged where delicious meat and fish was served. In addition, everything is neatly cleaned every day. It is definitely a must to go here!
