The Westin St. Louis

I work in illinois and gave been staying at the Westin for the last four months. I have continued my stay due to the employees. Their excellent customer service from the valet who parks my truck up front being that I leave early mornings for work, the housecleaning group who consistently cleans my room and goes over and beyond by changing my sheets and ensuring my room is tightly cleaned and maintained, to the service provided by dawn and Jamal. Both go out of their way at the restraunt bar to ensure your tummy is full and the drinks are the best in town. Both have conversations and exceed every level of the best customer service. I continue to return because of the amazing people at the westin. Highly recommend, across from stadium shops and excellent restraunts.

This great hotel is a short walk from The Gateway Arch and an even shorter stroll to Busch Stadium, where the St. Louis Cardinals play. It has everything you expect from a Westin; comfortables beds, great staff, it's spotless, roomy bathrooms, etc. The concierge lounge is on the ground level and the breakfast was above average, with fresh berries. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker, so I did appreciate the Pepsi and Mountain Dew offerings. The bar on the ground floor is vibrant without being too loud. A nice place to hang out before heading upstair for the night. Highly recommend.

Steps away from Busch Stadium, it is the place to stay. Didn’t run into any staff that wasnt friendly or help. The room was spacious and clean. We will be back.

Very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin in St. Louis. Our room was very nice, clean, had a great bath tub and shower, as well as comfy, cozy beds. The personalized tv screen in the room was a nice touch. We had a view of Busch Stadium right out our window. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was great, we had a very friendly, kind server there and wish we’d have gotten his name. Courtenay, who works out front, was happy to help us line up an excellent ride to the airport when I asked him for transportation suggestions. Courtenay followed up with the driver when we were ready and let us know the driver’s time frame. Great guy! We had the pleasure of visiting with Demico as well while we waited out front of the hotel for our ride and he waited for his shift to begin. Also, great! The staff at the front desk was fantastic also and went out of their way to make our visit even more pleasurable. The cleaning staff even left a little note in our room to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend the Westin and their staff in St. Louis.
