The shared bathroom and the room were simple and clean. The room was a little dusty but clean.
The heating was on and we could use it freely, which was nice.
Sometimes there were all kinds of smells (smoke outside and the delicious smell of cooking in the shared kitchen), but I was fine with it.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I arrived at the property at 2 AM only to find that my room had been changed from Room 4 (for which I had already received the login details). I was not informed of this change—no email, no message, nothing.
The new room I was given was in a terrible condition: dirty, with items scattered all over the floor, no functioning AC, and a strong unpleasant smell. To make things worse, I wasn’t even provided with the key for the new room. When I asked, the staff casually told me to keep the door open while using the washroom so I wouldn’t get locked out—completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Overall, it was a pathetic experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Showers were moldy, toilets were gross, kitchen wasn’t big enough and never clean. The staff were nice but they need more of them. My door code stopped working and nobody was there to fix it. It’s located down an alley off Fitzroy which is also used as a toilet.
