The location is good and the hardware did not disappoint. In fact, this room type is quite suitable for holding parties. It has a huge terrace with a table and a sofa.

The location was very good. Tram stop was directly next to The Hamptons. The apartment had everything we needed.
The bed was a little on the small side and was soft so not good if you are use to a firm mattress.
Views from our spacious balcony was good.
Water pressure in shower and the hand held shower head was okay but not great.
The Hamptons greeting and customer service was excellent.
Yes, I’d recommend if you would like to stay outside Melbourne CBD

My favourite stay in St Kilda. Staff are friendly and answer queries quickly. Secure, scenic views and super convenient location.

Property was as advertised, although I never saw anyone at the front desk during my entire stay. Check-in is all handled virtually. Some thin walls with moderate street noise, but the unit was clean and comfortable. Expect emails from the property to start about 48 hours before check-in.
