The hotel is beautiful, but the service isn't as much. The receptionists have very little empathy. And there's no good communication among the staff. The only girl (the friendliest) granted me a late check-in until 3 p.m., and then they told me no. Then they told me they could check me out until 1 p.m. Free. Since the pool was closed, I had to go to another hotel, which took longer. They kept calling me at 2 p.m. to leave the room, and then they charged me for the late check-in, as if I had stayed until 4 p.m. Crazy! Honestly, terrible teamwork. There's also a lot of misinformation, considering the pool and spa are in the other building, and they can't give you accurate information about whether it's open or not. Truly unfortunate considering how beautiful the hotel is. I'm going back to Malta now, and I'm ruling it out just because of the poor service from the staff...

Convenient location
There are many restaurants around
The soundproofing is very poor, there are clubs all downstairs, it's very bad at night, all disco music.
If you want to experience the nightlife, you can stay in the hotel
