Overall good stay, but water heater in shower ran out quickly and had to wait 30 minutes for hot water. Breakfast options were limited.

Absolutely outstanding, modern, small hotel.
This is a small, very modern, nicely designed hotel with about 10 well appointed, modernly furnished, spacious rooms. The hotel has no parking (as many buildings in St Julian's have). There is a car park near by, about 3 min walk away. Also, since parking is a problem throughout the island and public transportation is good, you might want to reconsider to rent a car, anyway.

Issues with aircon and shower but a great hotel
Air conditioning was not working properly on night 1 and the water pressure was really weak. Last day on checkout I didn’t have hot water. Also it was way too noisey even with the double glazing. Hardly slept all week.
Other than that, the staff were amazing and very helpful.

Great time at 123 Mainstreet Boutique Hotel.
The 123 Mainstreet Hotell in St. Julian was a great place to stay with excellent service and great service. Please be sure and ask exact location details…while the location is excellent, locating the hotel can be challenging….especially at night.

Great place in a great location
Really nice small property with only 9 rooms - room only. New and very well looked after and managed. Super friendly and a great room overlooking the bay, thank you. Will be staying here again.
