Our room was on their extended bldg. The way going there from the main check in counter was too dark. The flood blocked our way going to the extension. We need to give deposit of 20euro only to have a water boiler (kettle) in the room. They don't even provide atleast 1 bottle of water. An expectation failed for me...

This is a joke..how can a hotel this well located become like this?

Bedding, I would never put the duvet in the closet on my skin.. a duvet from 1950
Breakfast. Overcooked, not much and the ham smells like peas, can we talk about it?

Terrible hotel looks nothing like the photos needs some serious attention we booked 3 nights without checking reviews our mistake! We lasted 10 minutes room smelt of damp dangerous switches urine in the toilet! We did not get a refund either!

Room was very basic with no facilities such as fridge which was disappointing in the hot weather. No balcony either. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Also very unclean. Pool area was nice but 90% of pool is very deep, so not ideal for just hanging around in pool with friends. Location great for being on the party scene but would definitely book alternative location if to return Malta.

we were really skeptical on this hotel before going because of all of the bad reviews BUT we were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. We booked three separate rooms and all were good spacious rooms with no problems, it wasn’t noisy at night as referred to in these reviews. The pool area is amazing (sun-beds were very comfortable and there were always a good amount available, no need to get up early!) and it is directly opposite the beach and a 2 minute walk from the *****. All towels and sheets were changed everyday, the only problem was that the towels were stained and not too clean but they were definitely useable. I would say that if you are going on a group holiday on a budget this hotel is perfect! it’s not the height of luxury but it’s definitely worth it for the money !

Arrived late to hotel- receptionists not pleasant or helpful. Was not given any info about where everything was/ pool opening times etc. Presumed we had booked a balcony but we hadn’t. Asked to change room and dismissed and told to come back next morning to be told no availability and again come back next morning. Finally, got a balcony but had to pay €15 a day for it?? Nice pool and pool bar, okay rooms- definitely for people that wouldn’t be spending much time in the hotel…
