這個酒店真的讓我很生氣，我選了半天選了5星這家。在抵達之前，已經無數次的和酒店溝通過關於水、房型的問題，那麼還是出現了問題，及更多問題，如下：
1.第一天抵達，前台和我收取城市税費，我已多次解釋房費裏含了這税，並拿出酒店入住單，上面有入住憑證號碼，酒店依舊強制要收取，在極度無奈的情況下，我們交錢了。後與攜程客服溝通，最終酒店承認是他們錯了，把錢退給了我們；
2.入住之前多次致電酒店，我自己打、攜程也打，都問酒店每天是否有免費礦泉水提供，酒店説有，後來換了工作人員又説沒有，後來又換了工作人員説第一晚有，後面沒有。結果當入住的時候，房間第一晚也沒給水。我真的服了~
3.當退房的時候，前台再次向我們收取城市税，説我們的房費衹含了第一晚的，讓我們把後幾晚的錢給補上。這個時候我就想罵人了~腦子是不是進水了！後攜程客服出面，酒店再次向我們致歉。
綜上訴述，我真的從來沒遇見過這樣的酒店，服務不行，要錢第一；感覺是黑店，宰一個是一個吧~有虧五星這個牌子。
關於免費礦泉水這個問題，我真的後來又看了很多同地區 同位置的五星和四星，都有免費礦泉水提供~咱們也不知道這個酒店這麼缺錢嗎？就這服務態度和意識嗎？再見吧
再不入住，希望大家慎選。出了問題衹能道歉 有什麼意義嗎？道歉多了就不值錢了~咱也不知道老外的系統是如何工作的？看不到房價裏含了城市税嗎？我費解！！！！
員工要好好培訓啊，一個出錯可以理解，第二個人又出錯就無法理解了~我衹能認為你們就這麼培訓的~就是個黑店。

Hilton's brand is trustworthy... From the front desk to the restaurant staff, they are all very warm, thoughtful and meticulous. The room with balcony is especially comfortable and I fell asleep quickly listening to the sound of the waves. The breakfast is varied and rich.
