Hotel very well located, great breakfasts. Very nice swimming pools divided into zones. We recommend a taxi near the hotel, very good prices. Very helpful staff! We recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel washroom has lots of ants and the hotel staff cannot figure out where does it come from.
The next room and upstairs made huge noises everyday by pulling furniture back and forth.
The lift never works and I have to hand carry my luggage to check out after waited for more than 5 mins.
The hotel wanted to charge me for 7-day parking while I don’t have a car. Despite I explained all the booking is prepaid and everytime I consume I was asked to pay immediately, the reception insisted that they needed to confirm with someone while I was running late due to the stupid lift and lengthy discussion already.
Will never come back again.

The facility is well maintained despite it has some age. The staff is polite and friendly. Food is good especially it has a Thai restaurant in it and the Avenue which is very reasonably priced with lots of options. The sink in the bathroom is clogged so the water fades slow. During the day, the room upstairs may have furniture movement that creates quite a bit of noise. The surrounding district has lots of bars and therefore the streets are not super clean. But the location of the hotel is next to the sea and within hotel premise it’s very comfortable.

I thought the hotel was a bit old, but the sea view room I stayed in was probably recently renovated and was very new. The other facilities in the hotel are very good, the breakfast and dinner are very rich, the lobby is also very gorgeous, and the service staff are very polite. There is a restaurant not far from the gate, but reservations are required. It is not far from the bus station. You can go to the cruise terminal to take the boat to Comino at 222

Not bad, the room is big enough, but I was given a side sea view room, not a front sea view room, but fortunately I can see the sunrise in the room. The breakfast is quite rich, and the location is good in the city center.
