One of the best hotels we have stayed at, full stop. Staff was amazing, hotel was clean and had a very good vibe. Beds were super comfy. Very close to the walking area downtown and you had everything you needed right there. One thing not a deal breaker. There are very cool translucent walls with pictures on them that separate the bathroom from the room. If you don’t like your silhouette on display be sure to tell your travel partners to look away. LOL.

I wish I had stayed here as opposed to the better rated hotel I stayed at. We had dinner here and came for coffee and breakfast. The food and drink is PHENOMENAL. We enjoyed their lovely garden seating overlooking the harbour. Terre was out of this world in terms of service and quality. What an experience! Next visit, this is the only place I’ll consider staying. Incredible vibe, staff, location.

Had a fantastic three-night stay at the Alt. The rooms, though a bit compact, offered amazing views and were thoughtfully designed. The hotel's central location was perfect, providing easy access to the city core while still being tucked away from the busiest areas. The customer service truly stood out, particularly from Jordan, Bailey, David, and of course Justin. They clearly take pride in offering a personalized experience and were incredibly accommodating with all my requests and any challenges that arose during my stay. The restaurant also impressed me with its solid menu and professional service, offering what felt like Michelin 5-star quality food and drinks. However, I found the menu pricing to be quite excessive; for example, being blindsided with $15 for a single scoop of sorbet was ridiculous (after all were not in NYC, Paris or Tokyo!) Nevertheless, I had a great stay and appreciated the hotel's incredible front desk team.

This is a modern hotel conveniently located downtown, right beside the water. Our room was very comfortable, but a little small. Watch out when you try to squeeze around the bed because the frame has sharp corners! The service was very friendly, and there is a nice cafe on the main floor. Pretty much everything is the room is automated -- they even offered us a handy cheat sheet at registration to help us figure out how to use the lights, blinds, etc. I have one complaint about the parking. We purchased parking in the indoor garage for our stay. But the hotel allows non-guests to also buy daily parking, so the garage filled up both nights we stayed there. We were told to find a parking spot on the street, which would have been very inconvenient for moving luggage. They should reserve enough spots for paying guests.

Do not bother with the bar - one word ‘appalling’ Beautiful environment BUT the staff attitude is disgraceful, they clearly hate their job, and find having customers particularly annoying. Have never been treated so rudely, and witnessed the same (actually worse) to another customer.
