Nice hotel. Free parking, polite and efficient check-in. Very big room with balcony. Tea/coffee facilities. Excellent views.
Forgot wallet with lit of cash and cards at the restaurant during the dinner, only remembered next morning. The wallet was handed back to me next day

Called in for lunch. Beautifully clean and well presented restaurant and staff well dressed, and very helpful. The food was fantastic, and I’m writing this in the hope that the chef on duty gets to read these comments. Loved the food. Well presented, great flavours and good portion sizes. We ordered the lamb wrap, buffalo wings and fishermen’s basket

Stayed here for on a overnight trip to the area. Lovely large room with great view over the bay. Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Ate at the bistro one night and throughly enjoyed the meal. All staff were pleasant and very friendly. Free parking on site. Only a short walk to the town centre to shopping, cafes and restaurants. I personally found the room ambience a little 70's and it would be nice to remove the spa bath and update the room and bathroom to a more contemporary feel. Still a nice stay and I would stay again.

Large hotel overlooking water in St Helen’s located just a short distance from main shopping ***** that has supermarkets, bakeries. Ample free parking for hotel guests at property. Stayed 2 x nights late June. Ground floor room overlooking water. Very spacious room and cleanliness no issue. Bathroom also big enough for needs, however actual shower itself is definitely on the smaller side in comparison to the rest of room. Room was super quiet and only ever heard the wildlife during nights resulting in peaceful nights. Staff all very pleasant and efficient. If in the general area would definitely stay again and no problems recommending this hotel to others.

We had a lovely room with a view of the lake and the water. I check-in experience was pleasant and our check-in hostess, Pia, is very warm friendly and ever so helpful. We dined in at the hotel bistro and we’re very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food served. I have coeliac disease and this was no problem for them. One enquired about the dish and asked if it could be gluten-free. I was asked if I was Coeliac, which I replied yes. The food was absolutely amazing. My husband and I both had the lamb rump served with halloumi , parsnips carrot, fennel and tsatziki. What a beautiful meal. I highly recommend this Hotel both for the accommodation and the delicious food.

Lovely hotel overlooking Georges Bay. Massive deck to take in the view. Very friendly and helpful staff, great food. Easy walk into town for shopping. Plenty to see and do in St Helens, lovely walks around the foreshore. Can't fault this place at all. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and management. Nothing was too hard. Dinging room and a a HUGE deck overlooking the bay, fabulous food. rooms were clean and Panorama is so close to everything. Couldn't believe we were lucky enough to be there when there was a jazz festival, and it was free, such a surprise; and it was great. We'll be back. thank you.
