We loved our recent stay at Alila! The property and rooms are so relaxing. We loved how close to town the hotel was, whether we walked or used the complimentary shuttle. The concierge booked wine tastings for us and they went out of their way to make us feel special. I cannot wait to return to Alila in St. Helena!

Labor day weekend AC was out, got relocate to a hyatt that can not accomdate, call back and no response, left with no place to stay on a Sunday.

Incredible location, dining and facilities. Everything is perfect and staff is very well trained and helpful. This is a luxury property and every detail is covered to maximize your enjoyment. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Alila Napa Valley. Property is stunning, very calming and peaceful. Violetto is delicious. Beautiful pool w great vibes. Incredible spa experience. The shuttle service was super helpful to nearby wineries/restaurants and we also enjoyed their bikes. Everything made for the best Napa experience!!

Spent three nights at Alila. Great location. The room was amazing with a great lay out, beautiful private outside area to sit with fire pit overlooking Beringer vines. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Had a hiccup with the shuttle but they were all over it and made an extra effort to make our stay memorable. Spa was awesome-highly recommend. Would definitely come back

Exceptional room with view and balcony with the most comfortable chairs and lounge. The fire pit is a lovely addition. All products in the bathrooms are Le Labo (truly a treat) and beautifully curated. We loved the pool and the grounds of the hotel - exceptional. Will be back!

What an amazing place to relax and also to celebrate!!! We had a blast looking to the moon surrounded by vineards with the warmth of the fireplace. Remarcable!

I have received better service at basic, inexpensive all inclusive resorts. To pay $1,000 a night for a 5 star hotel, you'd expect above and beyond, but we had to call several times for basic requests like we're out of coffee pods. We also asked for the room service menu to be texted or emailed to us so we could order food on our way to the room - as we got stuck in 3 hours of San Fran traffic and were starving approaching the room. It took them over an hour to send over the menu, so we couldn't order. We had to get up from the pool chair more than once to ask where our drink orders were. Truly, every single time we asked for something outside of the valet or housekeeping, we had to ask again after waiting for an unreal amount of time. Just can't happen at a 5 star hotel - stay anywhere else or save the money. Also - I paid for a view of the vineyard on the 1st floor, definitely not as advertised. You're below the vines so can't see out over the field/landscape.
