Not so near the seaside
Goblins Creek is a well appointed guest house with friendly hosts and staff, however, it is not near the seaside nor does it offer showers in its bedrooms, a major let-down for me. They advertise that breakfast is available on site, however they only offer self service cereal and coffee/tea. Other than accommodation, they don't offer any other service, not even help with your luggage.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse! Adele and David, the managers, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, showcasing the true essence of hospitality. Every detail of the place is thoughtfully maintained—everything was impeccably clean, neat, and well-organized. The decor is delightfully vintage and classy, creating a unique, historical ambiance that transports you to another era. It’s the perfect setting for anyone who appreciates timeless elegance. On top of that, the host has an exceptional taste in music, which added an extra layer of warmth and character to the atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Small niggles, though. TV was faulty. No coffee pods in our room. Mattress not great (too soft). Overall, however, I will visit again, as it is decent accommodation at a fair price.

this place is worth the price! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We had the best time there to unwind in the private hot tub. We are definitely visiting again. Loved it.

I enjoyed this guest house soooo much, we just had to make signature video, only special places get us to do that!, and Goblins Creek was one of them. We definitely needed more time, our next stay will for sure be longer. Everything was lovely, staff was amazing. accommodation perfect! location perfect !.. it ticked all the JOY boxes as i call it.
