The hotel is a distance from the train station and the city center. The room is clean, but there is a musty smell. The most unacceptable thing is that there is only 30 minutes of free wifi, and then you have to pay. In this era, there are still hotels that charge for wifi, which is really hard to understand

My wife and I had a comfortable three day stay. Only one issue, the water pressure was low so the shower was not great. However, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, particularly Michelle, Gillian, Cath and Dan (the chef). The cooked breakfast was just fine as was the one evening meal we had. Our accessible room had a portable fan which added to the comfort of our room. All in all a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for two nights and was excited to leave, the hotel is dark and dingey and stunk of ****. Dont bother with the breakfast, the staff were frankly rude and uninterested. I pointed out a few times about missing items from the buffet, there was no yogurts, fruit, hashbrowns and white bread oh and the coffee machine had packed in and made me a brown mess in a cup. i was furious as we had paid for this when we booked the hotel, the staff were no where to be seen when the buffet was on, almost as if they were burying their heads in the sand. I will be chasing up for a refund for our breakfast as i ended up having half a bowl of coco pops and a cold croissant (no one was available to heat it up)

Staff were very good, in particular Sammy on reception. The only downside is that the shared car park is small so parking can be a problem. There was also a lot of litter scattered round the car park including the compulsory McDonalds packaging which detracted from the overall impression.

For an overnight stay for just a bed to sleep in it did the job but lack of WiFi and unable to use mobile data and no signal for phone calls was a big let down

Too hot! No air conditioner but a desktop fan only which was too noisy even I switched to the lowest power! With the window opened, the truck work at the car park was also too noisy till late night!

Reception on 1st floor was slightly concealed with no sign on the door. Receptionist very helpful and professional. Room was clean and well provisioned but very warm despite electric fan. Parking busy as Costa and Tesco were adjacent, but sufficient places.
