It's very clean. In an environment where homestays abroad are very clean and Buddhist-like, this residence is cleaned by a professional team. It's really clean. There is enough space and all utensils are included. The manager is also very easy to communicate with. Staying here is much more cost-effective than a hotel!

We stayed with another couple for one night from Thursday until Friday morning. Beautiful modern apartment. Spacious and spotless clean. Loved the Arran Aromatic toiletries. Would definitely recommend and will be back Fantastic location right in the town centre. It was very hot and obviously no air conditioning but a large fan in room. Heatwaves are not common in St Andrews.

The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. Ava before my trip home was very welcome. Thank you!

Fantastic apartments in great central Location. We chose the superior apartment and both bedrooms are beautiful with large TVs and En Suite facilities. The layout also means both rooms have plenty of privacy so ideal for two couples. The living area is lovely and the kitchen has everything needed. The apartment can be noisy at the weekends but earplugs are kindly provided and you would expect some noise with the central location so it was no problem. We would definitely book again.

This was our second stay at No 1 Apartments - South Street, St Andrews. We booked it because of its high class finishes and comfort and its location in the heart of the Auld Grey Toon! The management were extremely helpful on both occasions and reacted to any queries we had.

A super chic apartment nested in one of the best streets in st Andrews. The space is very well maintained . Clean and neat. The bedrooms are spacious. Living room is very cozy and comfortable . Highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.
