The service was very poor. I notified the housekeeping in the morning, but when I returned at noon, the room was still not cleaned. I told the male front desk attendant, and he said they would deal with the check-out cleaning first. When I returned in the evening, the room was still not cleaned. I had to complain to a more senior staff member before they would handle it. The lye solution in the bathroom was very watery, like it was more than half filled with water.

We enjoyed our stay at the premier inn. Comfortable beds and very tasty breakfast. We were concerned about our room facing a busy main road but we heard zero noise. Short walk into the main town but is also on the bus route if you do not wish to walk. Our second stay here we would come back. More affordable than most of the other hotels we considered.

HTL prenotato online, ha molte aree di miglioramento. La camera ampia con bagno comodo non aveva possibilità di essere arieggiata quindi sempre un pochino maleodorante (come il corridoio d'accesso). Mancando il telecomando abbiamo chiesto alla reception, siamo riuscito ad ottenerne uno funzionante al terzo tentativo. Anche se abbiamo avuto una doppia abbiamo avuto un solo aciugamano per il viso. Avendo pagato la colazione FULL ci è stato detto che l'avevamo in forma ridotta, abbiamo dovuto esibire la fattura dettagliata per avere il servizio concordato. Colazione senza infamia e senza lode Posizione molto comoda a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di St.Andrews

Comfortable hotel with a good bed, room was air conditioned. M and S next door as well. A 20 mins walk to town though. A high point was the morning manager, Grant Junior. He was polite, friendly and gave me a free coffee.

I had accessible room during my stay with walkin shower and it was all excellent! Staff very good and nothing was any trouble right down to getting us a taxi one evening! Rate staff abd this premier inn 10/10 Also local free phone taxies called CLUB very good reliable and reasonable We will be back!!
