If you want a family orientated . in Kashmir I would recommend Heaen Breeze Houseboat, situated in Nigeen Lake. We stayed here for 2 nights. What's so special you may ask but trust me from the moment you arrive till the time you leave, you will definitely enjoy your stay here. Food is prepared every night by the chefs appointed by the owner. My family and I enjoyed each meal that we were given. The dishes are traditional Kashmiri dishes. It feels like home to be on the boathouse. The host is warm and friendly. Listen to his stories while you are enjoying the meals. Thank you to Ubi, his wife Aini and Ubi's dad, for the hospitality

This is indeed a Luxurious boat house, lies in serene Nigeen Lake. The rooms were very clean, and the decor was at its best. Best experience ever. Compared to Dal lake Houseboats, this is more immersed into nature and peace, with no door to door adjacent houseboats. Plus this is also roadside, so you have quick access to cabs, no need to pay extra bucks to get to the shore unlike other HB. It was a pleasant stay.

I love everything about this place. Calm and quiet with amazing view of Nigeen lake. If you want an experience different than loudy and touristy Dal lake then this place will definitely fit into your itinerary. They will serve you amazingly cooked homemade dinner and breakfast. We had this whole place to ourself and all heating equipments and basic necessities were up to the mark.

Shafi and his team did everything possible to ensure that our stay was comfortable and even went out of his way to plan a special birthday surprise Wazwan meal for my husband and I ***** with the best possible ambience. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of Dal lake - yet bringing the experience of staying in a houseboat on the serene Nigeen lake. The houseboat is clean, warm and extremely comfortable. Moreover, we had the peace and calm we wanted, ***** with sheer privacy. I’m definitely coming back and staying longer the next time.

The beauty and charm of this houseboat is unmatchable with others. It has an authentic touch of Kashmiri art and craft with comfortable , clean, spacious rooms. Food was delicious. Mr Saife has the best sense of professionalism . He personally visited us and made sure that everything was in their perfect shape.

Kashmir is a great place to visit, and if you guys are looking to make it perfect you can come and stay in Houseboat Heaven Breeze, Me and my friends had one of the great experience staying at this place, Food was Fantastic and So Delicoius its hard to get that kind of food back home, we recommend this place with rating of 5 Stars and we hope to visit kashmir again with more number of friends

Excellent facility at the heaven breeze house boat and the owner Mr Shafi was really helpful and provided all the necessary requirements making me feel at home and at ease. Prospective tourists should consider staying at Heaven Breeze house boats without any apprehensions.

It’s like a dream come true to visit Kashmir and on top of it staying in Heaven Breeze Houseboat. We had great and memorable time, Everything was arranged in a decent manner and well organised our tour, our food , our room everything excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful with warm hospitality

Its very good houseboat, the room is nice, clean and the foods is very delicious and healthy bcos its home made cook. Its have hot shower, and winds outside lake is very nice breeze and so calm. Its perfectly located in Nigeen Lake,,and its very quite place compare in Dal Lake.
