Third class service, no bed heater working, no hot water for bath or drinking. Tasteless food, Continuous all night power cut. So no bed heater working. Totally low reviews seen about this London houseboat...fake promises did..shahid who attend us.. Fooled us by saying we said there is frequent load shading.

Excellent stay , Host ; Mr Gulzar very friendly and genuinely great person. Food reminds of home. Rooms are spotless and magnificent. View of Dal lake at dusk and dawn is breathtaking. 10/10 Would visit again.

Best experience with host Mr. Gulzar, who treated my daughter as his daughter, location is good. also room, bathroom, lobby and dinning area was perfectly decorated, recommend to couples and family with kids.
