The service is zero. They are really rude and U’ll feel as if u r staying for free I was charged Rs.4000 on account of premium room but there was no difference in room. I was in MEP plan but still the housekeeper of boat insisted me to have my dinner outside and then come. I had a booking for 3 rooms and had already paid extra for the 3rd person but still he bluntly refused for towel for the 3rd person. The house keeper invited us very rudely by shouting on us and telling that keep the shoes outside. I had paid around Rs11000 per room but useless. In the morning when we asked for Tea we asked to pay even when our breakfast was included. In breakfast we got NON Toasted Bread, Poha which was cold and Smelled as it was 3-4 days old. The most surprising element was when we dint got cut fruits instead he gave us a watermelon and told to take and cut ourselves when we reach our destination. Since 8Am he kept on taunting us to leave the house boat. Irrespective of all this Mia behaviour he wanted us to pay him tip for everything he did, for example first he asked extra for water bottle and tea but when he argued with him he told he just wants tip and so he won’t charge extra for all these things. As far as interiors are concerned they were ok. 2 rooms were fully furnished but some work was pending in the 3rd one. One thing should be mentioned that Mr.Ajaz was very cooperative and polite. He came himself to pickup at 12am in night and helped us. Now when we went for Shikara ride again same thing happened. We were promised a complimentary ride for 1 hour so as we took the shikara we showed the driver the time in our mobile which was 18.31 but we were dropped at 19:00. So to sum up just avoid this house boat

It was such a beautiful place Shahbaaz group of houseboat the location of the houseboat is super awesome, and staff, service is excellent, best houseboat in dal lake neat and clean, the owner of the houseboat is very friendly they will never ask you for extra money in some other places I notice the people charge extra from tourist, worth recommend this place.
