Beautiful views, amazing service from the staff. Staff really go out of their way to make you comfortable, with special mention to Inder and Arif for their amazing attention. The hotel itself is clean and neat, with a decent gym and dining area

A beautiful setting,enviromentally friendly,amazing courteous staff,great cuisine,excellent service! The Taj never ceases to deliver. Memorable indeed! We loved our stay. Comfortable and pleasurable.The dining experience was wonderful. Amjad , one of the night staff should be commended for his excelled service in making my in room dining experience pleasant on a night when i felt a bit ill. Thank you! Good value for money. Will definitely recommend.

Super top location On hill dal lake view Top hospitality bakery is superb Cafe view is amazing In winter snow is much but location is fantastic even other side is city vie it’s fabulous Rooms n all are fine and above all Taj mesns all clear Good stay

Nestled at the top of the hill overlooking the Dal Lake. Amazing experience right from check in to check out. Restaurant at the hotel Jade Dragon - food was delicious. Breakfast spread - vegetarian was superb. Room was large and spacious ***** with bathroom. Staff was courteous, warm and welcoming. Bhavyansh at Jade Dragon was very helpful and gave some good recommendations.
