WE HAD OUR RECENT STAY AT TAJ SRINAGAR AND WE WERE MESMERISED BY THE VIEW. WE GOT THE BEST ROOM WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE DAL LAKE. WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY WE HAD, AMAZING HOSPITALITY TO INCREASE THE VALUE OF WORD "TAJ". WARM WELCOME BY IQBAL BAZAZ, MR ZAID, IMRAN VANI AND FOZIA. MR MUDASIR FROM HOUSEKEEPING AND HIS TEAM, AJAZ AHMED AND FARUQ AMAD ARE GREAT PEOPLE, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH PROMPT AND EFFICIENT TEAM IN THE LEARDERSHIP OF MR MUDASIR. IN THE RESTAURANT NAYEEM WAS A FANTASTIC PERSON, ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE AND SERVED US YUM FOOD WITH MADANLAL. AND NOT THE LAST, AT THE TIME OF OUR DEPARTURE MR BURHAN WAS VERY QUICK WITH THE BILLING PROCESS. AND SPECIAL THANKS TO ARIF, SHILPI FROM TAJ VILLAGE FOR THE REFERENCE. Our stay at Taj Dal View, Srinagar, was a memorable experience. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains — a truly stunning setting for a luxurious stay. While the overall experience was excellent, we felt that a little more warmth and attentiveness in service would make the hospitality match the exceptional standard expected from TAJ. Wonderful hotel and staff. The views of the mountains and lake are stunning. From the dinning area you get a full perspective of the Dal, as well as views of the mountains.

My wife and I spent a few days at Taj Dal View and were delighted by the experience. The gardens and views of the Dal Lake as well as the mountains at the rear of the hotel are amazing. The staff are very helpful and service both in the restaurant and house keeping was excellent. The food at the restaurant we would rate a 6 out of 10 when it comes to the fancy part of the menu, there is scope for improvement across all the cuisines. However if you are happy with simple food the Yellow dal, Bajra Khichhdi, Guchhi Pulao were really good and the Chefs were very accomodative towards special requests. And the Kahwah deserves a special mention, it is exceptionally good. All in all a wonderful holiday, a Resort worth visiting again and again. We hope to be back in Autumn.

The most beautiful room with an awesome view of the dal lake. The ambience was very nice. food was lip-smacking good. Tea lounge was good too.
