Breakfast menu same for 2 days. Ch-ole puri. Pathetic upma and poha. No fruit and veggies. Fryums on bf, who do it ? toaster machine not working. Rooms are okay. Views are not worth the money.

Don't ever stay here with my family. During checking in , I found that couple of guests are complaining at reception regarding various issues. I regret to say that Hotel Duke fell short of expectations. During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, leading to a very poor service experience overall. There were also challenges with power backup, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were management issues that need to be addressed, particularly concerning Mr. Suhail. It is important for the management of Hotel Duke to reevaluate their policies and improve their service quality to ensure a better experience for guests in the future.

We booked primarily for the view as you can see the dal lake just in front of you and the lake view rooms are recommended. The room was cleaned and spacious. There is enough parking and staff is helpful however since they are at prime tourist locations, dont expect too much from service point of view. There was a power cut during the night and all lights and fan stopped working, we were expecting at least fan and light to operate on power backup but that was not the case. Wifi was available but it was so slow that it was not usable. This is important aspect in valley because many a times your data network will not work and during our stay, none of the mobile data was working due to some issues.

Location is good and is just in front of dal lake. However, one need to book the lakeview rooms for having the view of the lake. Otherwise the other rooms don't have any view

No foid variety only one dish paratha pickle upouma or poha being tsmilian can't take anything daily fighting no kettle in rom no room heater but bed hestervwas three on both sides good leg was too hot from rom can see lake so noise is there package tour crowd is too much disturbing in restaurant also lift is there
no one knows english struggled to talk or anything we want to say only hindhi channels local not regional in tv
no power back up always currents goes
