This house boat is amazing, rooms are very beautiful with amazing interiors. They have fabulous living and dining area with the best view of lake. Even the service is amazing. Stuff is really really sweet and cooperative. Manzoor ji is a great host with amazing photography skills and great place for shopping as well

Beautiful Maintained Houseboat. Well trained staff, very courteous and humble. Home like food cooked by in-house chief with a decent spread. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this for family who wants to have unique experience.

Hotel Review I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive, and they went out of their way to accommodate my dietary preferences. The Jain food was specially customized for me, which I truly appreciated. A special mention to Mr. Omar for his exceptional service and hospitality. His attentiveness made my experience even better. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view of Dal Lake, especially at sunset—it was truly mesmerizing. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

One of the best experience in our 10-day-trip in India. Everything here is excellent. 1000 points for sights and scenery. It’s beautiful both in sunrise and sunset The rooms are comfortable, clean, cosy and well-decorated. You guys must give a look for the private balcony room at the rooftop. You can take a whole view of the Lake from here. All of staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Always smile and bring us a lot of joy when we stayed there. We felt like we are home all the time. Besides, There are many things that were upgraded compare to the first time i stayed there in 2022, of course in a much better way. And one of the most important points is, the food here is amazing. Im quite sure that you cant find these delicious meals when you leave the houseboat and move to other places. And it makes me curious how it will be on the next time i visit this place again.

Fantastic views, very comfortable room, outstanding food and great overall service. Could not ask for a better experience. The owner went beyond his way to ensure that we had an unparalleled experience. The boat itself clearly stands out as one of the best on Nigeen Lake.

We had an amazing experience with New Jacqueline Heritage Houseboat. The houseboat is very tastefully designed and decorated. It’s very regal with intricate designs. From balcony to living area to dining hall to bedroom everything was just perfect and beautiful. Service was very good. We had a complimentary shikara ride in the Nigeen lake which was very nice. Overall a perfect Kashmir houseboat stay. Definitely recommend.

We just booked this houseboat so that we have a houseboat stay experience in Srinagar usually houseboat price ranges are 5000 per day this was around 20000 including taxes. over all Kashmir hotels in February were highly over priced. I think in future because of these rates Kashmir Tourism will also go down as it has gone down in Goa. Hotel interiors were very nice and it was well maintained. hot water supply was proper carpet and interiors where not smelly. only worth staying in this houseboat if you can afford the top floor balcony room which is on first floor and will cost around 30k +
