The hotel is good, the best part it is centrally located. There are a few eating joints outside incase you get fed up of the hotel food. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are plenty of rickshaws just near the hotel gate incase you want to visit lal chowk or the main market.

Food and beverages were tasty and captain mudasir and team provide us a very satisfactory service. Very much punctual in services. Mr.Owais Rahil has also manage the services at fantastic level. And overall rooms were clean and restaurant are very much clean and hygiene.

By far, the best food I had on my two week vacation through northern India, with bountiful portions in the dinner dining room. Delicious Kashmiri food. The rooms were cozy and spacious with a large bed, but the mattress was very firm. It might be difficult for some to sleep on it. The shower did not have a curtain or door, and hot water was only turned on at certain times of day. During winter, this led to some difficulties, ***** with heat not being on during the day. Wifi was spotty in my room, which was close to the stairs. Regardless of these minor troubles, the staff spoke English and was very friendly. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood - Rajbagh - which is a 30 minute walk from the Dal Gate. Tea stalls and small shops lined the street outside. Security was good and the hotel is gated. Again, the food was heavenly. I would still recommend staying here if you are not picky about the spotty heat and firm beds in winter time.

As I had taken trip package with lone travels , they suggested me this hotel for 3 days stay. At first I was apprehensive , but I got easy check in / check out . Excellent room service cause I guess there are 5-6 workers doing there work with honesty. At reception Mr. Said helped me to get easily Gondola tickets. Food buffet was veg + non-veg n luscious.room was clean with kettle ,Ac , other tea coffee complimentary. Sometimes it’s Wi-Fi system don’t work,but as I had postpaid sim so I didn’t need it. Lastly location is not near dal lake but after coming from Gulmarg / sonmarg like places we can’t go outside after evening.

Hotel is in inner area of city but hotal is just good but service is just ok ok.. stayed for 2 day 3 night they provided same breakfast every morning same dinner at every evening even request.. good one but go for some other option

Good location ….you can get to Dal lake and Lal chowk in 20min in autos. Autos are easily available in a day time. Good service at a reasonable rate. Special mention to the housekeeping supervisor Aadil AHmed. He is available all the time. Apart from the housekeeping, he is more than happy to guide you for shopping or any kind of places you want to visit. He is the person to go to.
