The first thing I did after my pathetic experience at the hotel was to check the reviews here at TripAdvisor and only one negative review and to that the owner has replied as some business enemy of his has written. So first let me make this clear I'm not any one of that sorts. I'm just a customer of yours who was totally dissatisfied with the service provided. No complaints about check-in process all good. But the quality of the room that you get and the ones you see online are entirely opposite. Room was spacious but not clean. The bed sheet and blanket was dirty. Bath room also was not cleaned after previous use. Very dissatisfied with the room provided. Specially after what we see online during booking.
