Very bad hotel, bad food always putting alot of salt in the food , bad rooms Ac not cold and door handle problems, hotel pictuers are different on the app and in real when you see it. Tv not working as well. I would not suggest you to stay in this hotel.

What stood out most during my stay at PrideInn were the friendly faces and consistent service. My room was spotless, had great lighting, working AC, and clean beddings.I interacted with Alex, Kitaa and Mercy during my stay who were very friendly and Polite. The buffet was generous, and there were both local and Indian dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The calm atmosphere made this hotel a great place to unwind after a long trip. Definitely 5 star.

The hotel is very nice and its location is in prime colony of Srinagar, Raja bagh extension. There are some things that the hotel management needs to see . There is a lot of power going there due to which the lift remains closed for a long time and there is no backup. Many times the room is not clean on check in, for whatever reason the room should be clean. There is no exhaust fan and much light in the washroom. Tea and milk leaves have to be asked again and again. One has to eat maida roti in the food, which should not be there. Instead, it should be brown flour atta . In the end, I would like to say that in the morning breakfast which is on the ground floor, a staff must stand in it because whenever you go to breakfast, that staff never stands, he either goes to the kitchen, then comes then walks.

they missed my booking accomdated me in another hotel .rooms were never clean nor toiletries to drinking water replenished .items for dinner and breakfast was also few partha curd egg bread butter jam and tea was the only thing

We stayed at this hotel during our family trip, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. They had promised electric blankets and extra blankets, but none were provided when requested. To make matters worse, there were power cuts during the night, leaving us without a room heater in freezing temperatures. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in such conditions. Additionally, the food prices were unreasonably high, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. For a three-star hotel, i expected better services and more transparency. I hope they improve their facilities and service quality for future guests.
