The person on call was so rude. He started with we don't have electricity backup, we are facing water issue, etc. Due to heavy snowfall all tourist were stuck-ed in mountain. We have informed him the same via call on which he simply replied we can not do anything, you have to be here before 8. At the end he didn't received calls and we have to book another hotel at higher rates on last minute.
