We stayed 01 Night in Insha Allah housebaot ,the view from the room was awesome .The staff ,food everything was excellent, only problem if you open the window the mosqitos come inside .The Owner Mr Riyaz is very humble . Overall it was very good experience

If one wishes to experience the old-world charm of the 60s, a house-boat experience is un-missable. We stayed for a night and experienced the warm hospitality of the hosts. They are most welcoming and instantly embrace you into the family fold. The house-boat is well appointed, the food is great and the shikara transport from the ghat is an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Houseboat is located at Neegan Lake. Nice & calm location. It will give you peaceful vibes. Rooms are really good and well maintained. Hospitality of Ajaz bhai & Mudassar bhai is really great. Food will give you homely vibes. They have everything like AC, hot water, Fan. Tv is not in the room it is in common area. You will get WIFI as well.

The staff in boathouse was very Nice and cooperative but their owner was very irritating and third class person their is no privacy because without any permission the owner came anytime in house boat his behaviour was very rude and the food quality is very low .

It's a wonderful place to visit ***** with your friends and family. The staff here is very caring and helpful. Also loved their service. A very great experience of something new and the boats looks luxurious. Must visit the house boat once ..

The boat has very rich interiors which made us feel like princely. The owner made us feel at home. The seved dinner and breakfast in the room on our request. In my 7 days tour of kashmir this was the only place that did not see us as an opportunity to make money out of us. Would recommend this place to everyone looking for a houseboat stay.

I visited Srinagar first in 2021 and landed up at Inshallah Houseboat. Never have I ever thought that I’ll return to this place again. But I fell in love with Nigeen so much that now I visit Kashmir almost 3 times a year during different seasons. It’s was my 7th trip to Srinagar in Dec23. Staying on a houseboat is a unique and enchanting experience. The tranquility of Nigeen Lake and the picturesque surroundings add to the charm. Owais Wangnoo has been the constant since my first trip. He has always ensured that we feel comfortable at the houseboat. He can help you out with any other requirements like taxi, shikara ride, planning Kashmir itinerary and will genuinely guide to the right place to buy Pashmina and other handicrafts. You can really count on him for genuine suggestions. The houseboat is always well-maintained, offering a blend of traditional Kashmiri décor and modern amenities like AC in summers and heaters in winters. The washroom also got hot water during winters. Umer, the caretaker, provides excellent service and Tariq, the cook, ensures that the meals served onboard are a delightful introduction to local cuisine. Waking up to the picturesque view of Zabarwan range from the boat created lasting memories of different seasons. A houseboat stay in Srinagar is a must for those seeking a blend of comfort and cultural immersion.

Let me start with the location, for people who are looking for a little secluded experience away from the hustle bustle of the Dal Lake, Nigeen is a quieter option, serene and peaceful. But if you love being in a tourist centric location, then this houseboat is not for you. The houseboat itself is pretty decent, for the price I paid it was worth. The staff is very co-operative (most Kashmiris are) and very helpful. The amenities cannot be termed 3 star, but they are good enough. If you are not a lavish spender on hotels, this place is recommended.
