Honestly, had the best time whilst we stayed here! The food was astounding and the staff were really chummy and sweet. All the staff were sweet, welcoming and warm! The gentleman at the reception was really kind. The chef's cooking was nothing short of perfect! Remarkable food and the rooms oh lord! The ambience, the garden, everything was JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!

Mr lateef reception manager is very humble.. he was so humble that our deluxe room he upgraded to luxury suite room... The overall experience was 10 on 10... Food is excellent and delicious 👍🏻... Highly recommended to have a stay in this luxurious property

It was amazing experience to stay here. Staff was very nice and handful to meet our needs. They are very polite in talking and services wise always ready. Property is at a beautiful location to have mountain view and garden to sit here. Dee Latif, shahid and Faizan was the people available here for our help in this property. The only thing is we don't have anything else to do within property like games or anything else otherwise you can enjoy the beauty of the place and wheather. Overall it was awesome experience

It was a pleasant experience in sarai. The staff especially Mr. Lateef, shahid and faisan were very cooperative. The location is very soothing with good quality and tasty food in both dinner and breakfast . The serves were pretty helpful and cooperative

This is the hotel with the best service and atmosphere among the hotels I have visited during my one year of living in India. They left me with the impression that Kashmir is a place with a truly warm heart. In particular, the hospitality and service of lateef dar and faizan and shahid managers were amazing!

Stay was amazing. Very nice room and amazing service from manager Lateef. Breakfast and dinner was top notch with so many varieties on offer. Highly recommended for couples and families. They upgraded the room to suite room. Very neat and clean room.
