Never rate 5 as nowhere is perfect. The area is a bit restricted for Europeans but overall the hotel & grounds are very nice. The housekeeping is up to standard & the team of Mr. Safad very helpful. The restaurant staff are also very helpful especially Ishraq. All the hotel staff are very polite, friendly & respectful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful sleep, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was clean and refreshing, the gym was well-maintained, and the spa offered a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location was also perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay here exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and great amenities made it a truly memorable experience. The location is a bit away from city so it’s hard to explore surrounding areas after around 7pm as all street lights are off in the locality of the hotel. The hotel and the premises is good. The rooms were quite big and spacious. The bed linen was not dirty but it seemed old and overused. The washrooms were nice and clean. The breakfast food was mostly the typical indian food (idli, puri bhaaji, eggs) on all 5 days of my stay. The staff were all very friendly and supportive with any of our needs.
