Exceptional Experience at Samci Riviera We had a wonderful stay at Samci Riviera, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and helpful staff, particularly Mr. Hilal. He was knowledgeable about the property and ensured our stay was comfortable and safe, even during Operation Sindoor. Prime Location The hotel's location overlooking the Jhelum River offered breathtaking views and a lovely evening walk to Zero Bridge and Residency Road. We enjoyed exploring the area and capturing memorable moments. Personalized Service Mr. Hilal's attention to detail and kindness stood out. He inquired about our meal preferences, recommended local cuisine, and ensured we had a great experience without trying to oversell or overcharge us. Family-Friendly The restaurant was accommodating and forthcoming with our requirements, especially with kids in tow. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff's warmth made us feel like family. Worth Every Penny Samci Riviera exceeded our expectations. The hotel's value for money, combined with Mr. Hilal's exceptional service, made our stay truly unforgettable. A central location in Srinagar city , comfortable room clean and good bathroom, fast wifi but the only thing that was off putting was the traffic noise. By 9pm will about 8 am, it was quiet! Amazing. Checking staff were friendly and efficient but what was a real delight was the food, delicious and mainly the excellent, helpful service in the dining room. Nothing was a problem and the staff attitude was professional but very kind! It was a great experience!!! I would stay there again!!!

Freezing. No room service. It does have individual heater in the room with caught up after a few days but it did have a huge comforter so you could be warm as long as you can stay in bed. Lots of hot water and the breakfast was ok. I think the neighborhood is nice.

Nice location. We had two rooms booked for 2 different days. First time stay was great in rooms on 3rd floor. Second time we found the room on second floor dirty with blood stained sheets. This is the last thing you want after a long drive. Housekeeping was great and cleaned up good but cleanliness should be a given for the money we pay.

Very professional and positive staff . Received by Mr Hilal and Mr Irfan at reception, they always help with smooth chkin. Over all great experience . The food is also delectable. Break fast could be much better with additional live kitchen items. Area and location is very peaceful. 15-20 drive from Dal Lake

Hotel service, food evrything is very good. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Especially tea is very tasty. Had a comfortable stay for three days.i got the required channel on demand also. Overall good experience.
