They book rooms in the name of Lake view and charge extra amount but only top floor has Lake view out of the 4... ,....We spent 4 nights here and for 2 days geyser was not working.. Food was average, manager was non-cooperative...............

Our stay at this Kashmir Holiday Resort was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. The room was stunning, blending comfort with a touch of local charm that made the experience even more special. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. 🏔️✨ The food was delicious and a true highlight of our stay! Every meal was prepared with care and authenticity, offering a variety of flavours that made dining an experience in itself. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was a delight. 🍽️😋 Every interaction with the team felt personal and warm. Good stay place in Srinagar, Kashmir I recently had the opportunity to stay at Kashmir Hotel Resort during my visit to Srinagar. Overall, my experience to say was nice, facility is more than average, the location of the hotel was excellent, alittle far from the airport but the scenic route to the place was good 30-40 min drive fom airport easy access to popular attractions, good dining options. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests as well as the owner was excellent.On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of options, and the quality of the food was satisfactory for the price. The hotel's common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and very modern.Please note that experiences may vary, and it's always best to research thoroughly and read other reviews before making a decision
